shipping policy

Moyadi offers complimentary (free!) shipping to addresses in the United States.  We routinely ship from Connecticut via standard USPS both domestically and internationally. We may also ship via other carriers including DHL, FedEx, and/or UPS.


Does Moyadi offer expedited shipping? 

Moyadi offers expedited shipping, routinely via USPS Priority or USPS Priority Mail Express. Customers will cover all expedited shipping costs. Please contact customerservice@moyadi.com with any expedited shipping needs.

How do I track my package?
Once an order is placed, Moyadi will send an order confirmation email. When the order is dispatched, Moyadi will send another email with the relevant tracking information.

return & exchange policy

All new and unused merchandise may be returned within a period of 14 calendar days from the date that the order was received.

 

How do I return merchandise? 

Moyadi offers free returns to all orders within the United States.

 

To initiate a domestic return (within the United States), please send an email to customerservice@moyadi.com with “return requested” in the subject line. We will send you a return shipping label for you to print out and use on the package. Please use the original packing material to ensure the process works smoothly and the goods are returned in an undamaged condition.

 

Customers residing outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping fees and any other applicable duties and/or fees. To initiate a foreign return, please send an email to  customerservice@moyadi.com with “return requested” in the subject line. Ship new and undamaged merchandise to the following:

Once the merchandise is returned in new and undamaged condition, Moyadi will issue a refund in the same form as the initial payment. It can take up to three weeks to see a credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.

 

 

How are custom duties handled for international customers?

Moyadi does not calculate import duties, fees, and local taxes that may be levied for orders delivered outside of the United States. International orders (outside the US) may be subjected to import duties, fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country and could be charged.

 

Once the parcel reaches its destination address, the customer would need to pay any related duties, fees, or charges. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, Moyadi cannot estimate the cost of these duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges. Please note that Moyadi will record the true cost of merchandise on all custom declaration forms for orders that it ships internationally.
